I am delighted to welcome you all back to another exciting term. As we embark on the last term of the year, we look forward to it being filled with many highlights and celebrations for our school community.

Capital Works Project: Transforming Our School

One of the most significant and eagerly awaited developments at our school is the completion of our recent capital works project. I am thrilled to inform you that this project is nearly finished, and the results are nothing short of amazing!

The last part of our Capital Works which is the refurbishment of the relocatables, will run into next year but the building and playgrounds will be complete soon.

Playground Transformation

The last of our playgrounds to be completed will soon be ready for our students to enjoy. The new design has been carefully crafted to ensure that it is inclusive and accommodating for all our students. With a variety of sensory-rich features, play equipment, and accessible areas, this playground will provide an exciting and inclusive space for our students to explore and have fun. I can hardly wait to see the smiles on our students' faces as they experience it.

The new library: A Hub for Learning

In addition to the playground, our library is almost ready for use by the whole school. The library furniture has been carefully selected to create an inviting and conducive learning environment. The goal is to make the library a true hub for learning, research, and creativity. I believe so very strongly in reading real books and the joy of reading to children and our new amazing library will make sure that happens for years to come.

Thank you for entrusting us with your child's education. Together, we will continue to make Monash SDS a place of growth, support, and success for all students. I am excited to see the progress and achievements of our students in the coming months.
