Commencement Ceremony

In the second week of term, our school community convened for a Commencement Ceremony to welcome in the new school year.

The ceremony unfolded with a symphony of voices and melodies. Led by Lene Clarsen Walters and Matilda Loader, accompanied by Ms Bernardino, we sang "Shine Jesus Shine". Lene also performing a wonderful rendition of "Amazing Grace" later in the ceremony.

Then the "Passing of the Light" candle ceremony. A symbolic gesture to welcome our new staff members, inviting them to become an integral part of our community.

Following a breathtaking musical interlude, courtesy of Ralph Nuval's rendition of "Colours of the Wind," we were reminded of the core values that define us as a school. Through the heartfelt prayers offered by our House Captains, we reaffirmed our commitment to our school values.
