Grade 3-6:

Wominjeka and welcome to Kurboroo, the senior school module at Waverley Meadows Primary School. And what an amazing start to our school year in the year 3/6 classrooms. The students have come back from the school holidays refreshed and ready for a fun-filled, action-packed 2024. We have hit the ground running and the students are thriving.

In English our focus is utilising the 6 + 1 traits of writing to create engaging texts. We will continue to master our reading comprehension strategies as we explore our mentor texts.

In numeracy, we have a focus on Place Value this term.
