School Captains

Hey everyone!

Welcome back to another edition of the school newsletter! 

We just wanted to say that this term was fantastic and really productive for us. We’ve had a great kickoff to the year and we can’t wait for the next three terms. We can’t wait for what the rest of the year has in store for us!  

At the end of this term in week nine, the year sixes are going on school camp to Canberra.

They will be spending days of loaded fun around the city in aquariums, zoos, Parliament House, and so much more!!

Events that will be taking place next term:

• The first 2024 connections day (Not sure yet!)
• The House Cross Country sports (Friday 26th of April)
• The 5/6 Film Festival!! (not sure yet!)
• ANZAC day (31st of April)
• The Year 6s go to ACMI (Monday & Tuesday 22nd - 23rd of May)

As much as we are excited for term 2, we are also extremely proud of the term that has already gone by. We are happy that the year 4s and their buddies have already developed friendships with each other, the Year 5s absolutely hammered NAPLAN and the Year 6 leaders have done an amazing job at running the assemblies.
