BDM Complete Day with Hamish Turner
Jill Powell, principal, and Corey Lee, a property manager at FN Roper & Jones (Dargaville), recently enriched their expertise by participating in Hamish Turner's BDM Complete Course, a program dedicated to empowering property management professionals across New Zealand.
The program delved into key areas like confident selling, mindset mastery, social media dominance, CRM utilization, and effective scripts.
The course comes highly recommended by Jill Powell.

Shavin Lal from Shavin & Co received an invitation to a dinner and drinks event hosted by BNZ, bringing together real estate agents, developers, and brokers to exchange insights and showcase their products. BNZ took the opportunity to promote a 5% deposit offer for first home buyers and featured inspirational speakers. The event took place at the Lantern Festival - Sports Bowl Function Centre, providing a unique setting to celebrate the business alliance between BNZ and the Lantern Festival. Shavin had the chance to explore the festival grounds after the event, the perfect way to finish the evening.
