Careers Update
Welcome to Term 4 of the 2024 school year.
Congratulations to our Year 12 students as they come to the end of their schooling journey. We recognise their hard work, dedication, and the resilience they have shown throughout. Whatever pathway they choose, we know they will approach it with the same determination and drive they have shown at Lowanna College. To the students sitting their exams, trust in all the hard work you have put in throughout the year.
We look forward to seeing all that students will accomplish and the positive impact they will have on the world.

Federation University
On the 22nd of October some of our Year 10 and 11 students attended a Federation University Experience Day to ‘experience’ a day at university. The day started with a welcome and introduction followed by four rotating sessions in different faculty areas. The areas were Occupational Therapy, Sport, Physical and Outdoor Education, Science, Business, Nursing and Midwifery. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to ask questions, hear relevant course information and see what university life could be like. Our students had a great day!
