Learning Reflection
Weeks 3 & 4, Term 4
We have been exploring different sentence types. We have learnt that when you write a command you can choose to end the sentence with a full stop or an exclamation mark.
Student have been exploring Fractions. We investigated our lunch boxes to find examples of a whole and a half!
In Maths, we have been revising subtraction using different strategies to solve problems. When we finished our work we used a calculator to check our answers.
We had a great time cooperating anplaying games when it was a wet weather day!
On Friday the 25th October, students in Grade 2 participated in the very exciting Sleepover. We had a jammed pack evening consisting of pizza dinner, pillow case decorating, dance party, pyjama parade and movie! It was a fabulous night!
Thank you to Señorita Irene for organising an exciting day filled with activities! Students could make and taste guacamole, enjoy dancing, create art, and participate in sports.
