This term, we have already done so many exciting things. The Year 6 students from both campuses went on a camp in Hobart and had a great time. We have also had the Upper Primary Athletics Carnival, where everyone participated and had a good day.

In Week 1 of term, the Year 6 students hopped on a bus and went to Hobart. We went to Parliament House and watched some politicians talk about passing a bill. We went to a museum and learnt about the history of Hobart. We had a great time buying and eating lollies from the Richmond Lolly Shop.

At the camp, we also loved getting to sleep in our own cabins and the playground. The playground had two MASSIVE slides and some trampolines. The games room was also a highlight for everyone. We learnt so much about Hobart and about God on this amazing camp.

Last week, we had the Upper Primary Athletics Carnival. The weather was amazing, and we were so excited for the day. When we arrived at the sports ground, we were nervous and excited for our races. The Year 5 and 6 students did the field activities first, while the Year 3 and 4 students started their races. It was great to see everyone cheering on their friends and people in their house. After lunch we swapped, the Year 3s and 4s did the field activities, and the Year 5s and 6s started their races. It was wonderful to see everyone participate in the races. In the end, Luther was in third, Carey was in second and Wesley was in first.
