Testing out their talents

Malvern's budding musicians have been keeping busy, showing off their talents competing in the Victorian Bands' League's Victorian State Solo and Ensemble Championships.

In the Under 10 Any Brass Instrument Section, Lucas A (4AQ) performed the opening number on trumpet, followed by Thomas A (3CB) on trombone. Congratulations to Thomas who was awarded 3rd. In the Under 12 Trumpet and Cornet section, Caleb A (6BD) on trumpet performed well against stiff competition.

You will be able to see Lucas, Thomas and Caleb all in action performing at the upcoming Spring Fair with the Stonnington City Brass Training Band.
