2024 Term 4 School Fee Statements

Dear families,

Term 4 School Fee Statements have been emailed to all families. 

Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive your statement.

Statements are sent out at the beginning of each term as a reminder and courtesy, even to those families paying via Direct Debit, so that families are aware of their current account balances.

Please note that the statement lists fees for the whole school year.

It would be appreciated if school fees can be paid by the due date on the statement, Friday 1st November 2024, as part of the school fees should have already be finalised. (Not applicable to those families on Direct Debit.)

Year 5/6 Families - Camp Fees are required to be paid prior to the camp. Please contact Cristina if you are not certain if these have been paid.

If there are any queries about school fees or are having financial difficulties, please direct your enquiries to office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or call/visit the office during school hours.

Times for 2024

8.30am - GATES OPEN and classrooms open

8.45am - Gates close and learning begins 

11.00am - 11.40am RECESS time

1.30pm - Eating lunch inside 

1.40pm - 2.20pm LUNCH time 

                                               3.20pm - School finish time

Student Absences

It is a requirement that parents/carers notify the school if their child is sick or away.

A easy way to do this is through the Audiri App (see download instructions below). Absence Forms are listed under 'Forms' button under the 'Resources' tab.

Select your child's grade and digitally fill out and sign the form, which is emailed directly to their teacher and the office.
