RELIGIOUS EDUCATON:  SOCKTOBER

Students are asked to wear crazy socks on Monday & donate a gold coin to fundraise for Catholic Mission-raising money for children in Mongolia.

We will also create a 'Sock-er' ball to have a kick off game.

PLEASE donate any old/odd socks to help us make our Socktober sock-er balls!

As part of Mission Month, Sacred Heart will take part in a Socktober eventandraise funds for Mongolia, Catholic Mission's country project for 2024.  All classes have been learning about the work that Catholic Mission does for developing nations and the fundraising initiatives during RE lessons

Students can wear CRAZY SOCKS  THIS MONDAY and we will create 'sock-er' balls to have a goal shooting competition run by the Student Representative Team to raise funds for Catholic Mission's Socktober fundraiser.

Students make a gold coin donation or use this linkto donate directly to our Catholic Mission Sacred Heart fundraising page

COUNSELLOR

We are lucky enough to have an additional counsellor working with us at Sacred Heart on Wednesdays. Annabelle Welch joined us at the start of Term 4 - she has some availability for weekly sessions with students until the end of the term. So please reach out as soon as possible, to myself or your classroom teacher if you think this would benefit your child.

Have a great weekend.

Take Care,

Kate
