Dear all,

I was so excited to see my daughter yesterday after being away on school camp for 3 days. The Year 3’s and Year 4’s went away to YMCA Anglesea and even though they were very tired they were so excited to tell us all about it.  A big thanks goes to Mrs Ferrari, Mrs McDonald, Miss McGuinness, Mrs Abiad and Mrs Botwood who did an amazing job making it fun and memorable. 

I would also like to thank the Year 5 and Year 6’s for hosting the Movie Night. The children all had a great time. Thanks to all that were involved for all your hard work on putting it together. 

Tomorrow is our Father’s Day/Special Friend’s Breakfast at 7:30am until 8:45am on the Basketball courts.  We will have music, a BBQ sausage, bacon & eggs rolls, baked goods, raffles, music and much much more.  So see you all nice and early celebrate these amazing people.

Friday 13th is FUN FRIDAY which will be a celebration to the end of the Arts Showcase week. There will be a free sausage sizzle for everyone at 3:30pm and will have non alcoholic drinks available to purchase. We also will be promoting our Major Fundraiser the Met Gala and displaying the children's art work that will be up for auction. So hang around after school for a fun time. 

Get ready for one of the most glamorous and creative nights St Kilda East has had the pleasure to host…the inaugural St Mary’s MET GALA BALL, Saturday 26th October 2024, 7:30pm at the St Mary’s Parish Hall.

Couture, artistic and avante garde- we want it all! Expect a night filled with drama, surprises, dancing as well as an Art Auction of our students' work.

We have loads of prizes, raffles and giveaways all night.

This fundraiser will support upgrades being made to the basketball court and the completion of the zen zone.

Ticket are $45 per person including entry, free drink on arrival and canapés.
