POTATO OLYMPICS AT SJV

Last Friday 9th August from 12 noon,  SJV held an event to commemorate the 2024 Paris Olympics by holding a Potato Olympics. 

Students were organised into house groups with students from other year levels to work as a team. Each student needed to have a potato that represents their "athlete". Their athletes competed in a series of events, and the students needed to use their mathematical skills of measuring and data collection, to score points for their team.

The day created so much fun and excitement with the medals being highly sought after.
