Spotlight On
School Concert - 70s Disco Fever
Students put on their flares, sparkles and sequins to groove to the funky tunes of the 70s at the annual school concert this week. Every class has spent hours practising their routine and creating their costumes to present amazing items to our school community. The opportunity to participate in performing arts gives all of our students a chance to showcase their individual and collective talents and absolutely shine on the stage. Families and friends who watched the concert encouraged our students with smiles and applause and even joined in on some of the familiar songs.
Congratulations to all of the students who participated and a big thanks to the amazing staff for supporting our students to do wonderful things. Thank you also to Mrs Huggett and the General Assistants for painting the backdrop, Mrs Priest for helping me to organise the concert and Mr Gross for his witty compering.
