Term 3 Learning  

Iron Man 

We continue to read Iron Man, Hogarth is displaying compassion and empathy towards Iron Man, they have come to a compromise for everyone to live in harmony.  

Iron Man is able to make comparisons between rusty lengths of chain and Spaghetti Bolognese; this helped the students make connections between the life lie characteristics of the Iron Man and the things they like and don't like.  

Angles 

Students investigated angles and their properties. They are now able to name the parts. We compared angles to right angles and used templates and rulers to help us determine if they were right angles or not.  

Awards  

Congratulations to the following students who were presented with an award during the Grade 3 assembly last Wednesday, they have demonstrated to their class their ability to persevere with challenging tasks, show empathy and compassion to their peers and uphold the expectations and values of St Bernards.
