Congratulations to our little St Joseph's fish - Alfie, Arley, Georgie, Nahla, Gus, Stella, Piper and Millah who headed to Gunnedah last Friday for the Armidale Catholic Schools Diocesan Swimming Carnival. As a school we couldn't be more proud of the way our students conducted themselves by cheering on each other and representing the school with pride. The students swimming efforts were absolutely amazing with lots of personal best times made. The experience gained by swimming at this level was significant, especially in a 50m pool!

 

Thank you to all the parents that came along to help and support.  

 

COMING UP  - Term 1 

  • Friday 14 March – Cross Country Practice
  • Friday 21 March – St Joseph's Cross Country Carnival
  • Friday 4 April – DIO Cross Country Carnival

Cross Country Carnival:

Our annual Cross Country Carnival will be held at the Barraba Sports Ground on Friday 21 March (Week 8).  All students will participate in the day in the following categories:

  • 5/6/7 yrs - 1km

  • 8/9/10 yrs - 2km

  • 11/12/13 yrs - 3km

  • Novelty Relays

Our amazing P&F will be providing a lunch option for the day, more information to follow.
