PFA Update: Welcome Drinks & Volunteer Opportunities
PFA Meeting tonight at 7pm!
WELCOME DRINKS
It was fantastic to have so many new and returning parents come along to our relaxed PFA Welcome Drinks last Thursday evening at The Bank. Check out a few photos of the evening.
We are currently looking for someone to take over the organisation of a number of one-off or ongoing events in 2025 such as Icypole Friday, Popcorn Fridays, Mothers Day Stall and the Second Hand Uniform Stall. Many of the PFA members who have led these events for several years now have their youngest child in Grade 6 and will be finishing their time at CPS this year - a big thank you to them all for their hard work over many years to strengthen the CPS community!

We are looking for volunteers for the below events:
- Icypole Friday = Friday 7th & 21st March 1:10-2:30pm
- Hot Cross Bun packing = Tuesday 1st April, 9am - 11am

Remember the current organiser of the CPS Second Hand Uniform Stall, Miranda Welham is looking for someone to take over from her on an ongoing basis, as her time at CPS will be ending this year. If you are interested, please pop along to an upcoming stall to chat to Miranda or email pfa@carnegieps.vic.edu.au
ICY POLE FRIDAY ON EVERY DAY IN MARCH
The PFA will be running the much-loved Icypole Friday every Friday in March (7th, 14th, 21st & 28th March) for ALL grades, so please send $1 in coins each Friday if you would like your child to have an icypole.
