STEAM Update

We are thrilled to shine a spotlight on the remarkable achievements of our Year 7, 9 and 10 STEAM classes! Over the past weeks, our students have embarked on an exciting journey of exploration, creativity, and innovation, pushing the boundaries of their knowledge and skills within the STEAM space.

Through the fusion of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics, our students have demonstrated exceptional prowess in problem-solving, analytical thinking,

and collaboration. Their dedication and passion have led to the creation of a diverse array of captivating projects, each showcasing their unique talents and ingenuity.

Year 7 students applied the Design Thinking Process to construct Rube Goldberg machines and engineer sturdy bridges. Year 9 STEAM students designed and prototyped innovative futuristic phones. Meanwhile, Year 10 STEAM students focused on developing Mars' colonies, utilizing a radio telescope from the Victorian Space Science Education Centre to track the movement of Orion A and analyse environmental conditions.
