This is what our students have been up to this week.
Classes Prep/1 and 1/2 Local Excursion
On Wednesday our students along with Ellen, Steph and some fabulous parent helpers took a tour around our local shops. By pure chance Mount Beauty CFA along with Mitta Mitta CFA had their training program on for some of the Secondary College student. As our students walked past, they welcomed our children aboard and each child had a turn climbing through the trucks and using the fire hose.
The group then moved on to the Post Office, Bank, Hardware Store, and the Butcher and Chemist before returing to school.
School Of Play
Today our school enjoyed a second visit from Dale Sidebottom and Paul Campbell.
Founder, Dale Sidebottom's unique background as a primary and high school teacher and personal trainer led to an epiphany. He discovered the immense potential of play-based learning and fitness. It wasn't just about creating fun activities; it was about transforming learning, movement, and life experiences into something joyful and engaging.

Our mission is to harness the power of play, making it a force for good for people of all ages around the globe."
Students across the the day, P-2, 3-4 and 5-6, attended these sessions to talk, interact, play and have fun, all while learning some very important mental and physical health tools.
