Boarding Bulletin

It was a pleasure to attend the Goondiwindi Aspects Art Show last Thursday evening and the Goondiwindi Show last Friday alongside our former Head of Boarding, Di Kerr.

One of the most rewarding aspects of our marketing trips is the opportunity to connect with current, enrolled, and past families and to see our boarders in their home environments.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Easton, Lillecrapp, Warburton, and Persse families for joining us for dinner on Friday evening in Goondiwindi.

Boarding Events

Next week, we celebrate National Boarding Week, embracing this year’s theme, 'Threads of Connection,' which beautifully captures the spirit of our Boarding House community. Our celebrations will run from Sunday to next Saturday, with a range of exciting events and activities planned each day.

We sincerely thank you for choosing Clayfield College as your child’s boarding school. We are proud to provide a place of belonging where our boarders can thrive.

In the spirit of 'Threads of Connection,' our Boarding Captains have organised a bake sale for the Secondary School on Monday 12 May, with all funds raised going towards supporting our Boarding House.

Supporting Isolated Families

Principal Dr Andrew Cousins and I will be visiting St George from Sunday 1 June to Wednesday 4 June, for the annual Isolated Children’s Parents’ Association (ICPA) State Conference. We look forward to connecting with our rural families and sharing all that Clayfield College has to offer.
