Reminder - St Mary's Open Day 2025
When: Thursday, 1st May

Where: Marian Centre, St. Mary’s Mooroopna

REMINDER - Subway Lunch Orders
Please place orders in Subway Tub Thursday for delivery Friday. Late orders are to be submitted to Subway Store before close of business Thursday evening, please avoid dropping them in Friday morning.
For orders via CDFpay, please download the new app and register your student as per the attached instructions prior to ordering.
To place your order through the new App, please select all items on the menu to be included in your students Sub and submit before 2.45pm Thursdays. The old CDFpay link will automatically redirect you to register on the new App.
Updated - School Uniform
Students are now able to wear winter uniform. Please ensure your students items are named.
Winter Uniform consist's of
- All students - Grey shorts/Skort or long grey pants, School polo top and jumper, white socks for girls Grey socks for boys;
- Sports uniform is to be worn for students PE day and all students are required to wear black basketball shorts or black tracksuit pants.
- Girls - Winter Tunic and navy tights - no tights or leggings to be worn with school dress or Skort;
PLEASE NOTE
- Bike shorts/leggings are not school uniform.
- Shorts are to be visible and longer than T-Shirt/Jumper.
- Jewellery - sleepers or studs 1 per ear, 1 necklace with religious or cultural symbol, nose piercing to not be noticeable or must be covered, no bangles or bracelets.
- Hair to be of natural color and style
- Hair ties to be black or Navy Blue.
Reminder - NDC Enrolments Applications Close
Notre Dame College have opened Applications for 2026 Year 7 Enrolments.
Applications for Enrolment for Year 7, 2026 will close Today, Wednesday 30 April.
Parents do not need a tour to be able to apply, however, the following Documentation is required to apply:
- Birth certificate
- Baptism certificate (if applicable)
- Immunisation certificate
- Passport details (if born overseas)
- VISA details (if born overseas)
- VSN - Victorian Student Number (obtain from current school)
New - Term 2 After School Program
After school program is Government funded Program run by St. Mary’s School through Sporting Schools Program. The program runs for 1 hour after school. The children are provided with a drink and fruit. The program will be offered for 7 weeks.
Each session starts at 3.45pm and finishes at 4.45 p.m. The program is supervised at all times and an outside person runs the program. Each session can only take 25 children.
This term we are offering the following:
Multi Games with Skillzone Multi Sports Coaching, with the aim of this program being to have fun, learn new games and be happy. This will be held in the Marian Centre or Oval depending on the weather.
WEDNESDAYS - starting Wednesday 14th May for 7 WEEKS, finishing on 25th June.
THURSDAYS - starting Thursday 15th May for 7 WEEKS, finishing on 26th June.
The children will meet Maree outside the Marian Centre straight after school and have fruit and a drink.

New - Mothers Day Breakfast High Tea
We invite our Mother's, Mother Figures, Loved Ones and student/s to celebrate Mother's Day and the special people in our lives for a Breakfast High Tea.
When - Friday 9th May from 7.30am - 9am
Where - Courtyard (weather permitting)
Cost - $10 per family
One coffee / Hot Chocolate from Fast Brew Coffee Co - mobile coffee van supplied per adult.
A special Mass will follow at 9.15am in the Marian Centre.

New - Mothers Day Stall
P&F will be running a Mother's Day Stall for our very special Mums, carers and loved
ones.
This will be held on Thursday 8th May, please note the change of date.
Children will visit the stall with their class during the morning sessions.
A wonderful selection of gifts will be available to purchase from $1-$5, students may choose 2 gifts and are asked to bring no more than $5.

New - Scholastic Book Fair
Our Annual Scholastic Book Fair will be held on Wednesday 4th June in the Marian Centre from 8am - 4.30pm.
Students will have a chance to preview the fair on Tuesday 3rd June.
