Wellbeing

Dear Parents and Carers,
We have had a wonderful start to the new school year, and it has been a joy to see so many smiling faces walk through the gates each morning!
To begin the school year, our Teachers and Learning Support Officers (LSOs) have placed a strong emphasis on helping students settle in. Throughout the day, time has been dedicated to fostering connections, allowing students to get to know their teachers, the LSOs supporting their year levels, and one another. While most children have adjusted beautifully, we understand that change can be challenging for some. If your child is experiencing difficulties, we encourage you to reach out to their classroom teacher for support.
As always, the start of the school year has included a focus on our core school values: Respect, Responsibility, Resilience, and Safety. This has been especially important in the playground, where we remind students to be inclusive and use respectful language, ensuring that everyone at St Anne’s feels happy and safe.
While your child's classroom teacher is your first point of contact for any queries, please know that the Wellbeing Team is also available should you have any concerns about your child's health and wellbeing.
Thank you for your ongoing support as we embark on another fantastic year together.
