Swimming Carnivals
Term 1 Week 3 & 4
The past two weeks have been a whirlwind of excitement at the College, with not one, not two, but THREE incredible swimming carnivals! Our Primary, Secondary, and Zone Swimming Carnivals were all a huge success, with students diving into the competition and showcasing their skills in the pool.
Each event ran smoothly, thanks to the dedication of staff, volunteers, and student competitors. We were also fortunate to have perfect weather, making for an enjoyable experience for both swimmers and spectators.
A huge congratulations to all our students who participated, whether racing for personal bests, earning points for their house, or simply having a go and supporting their peers.
We also extend a heartfelt thank you to the parents who attended to cheer on our swimmers and assist with the events. Your support plays a vital role in making these carnivals such a positive experience for our students.
We look forward to seeing even more outstanding performances at upcoming swimming and sporting events throughout the year!
House Points:
Kindergarten and Year 1 don't compete in the Primary Swimming Carnival, so to make sure they still get to have some fun in the water, the College hosts a Water Fun Day for them! Students spend the morning participating in various water-related activities such as water fights, volleyball, and more.
Thank you to the Year 8 students and parents who came to offer a helping hand!
