Navy in Careers

On Monday, personnel from the Navy visited our Year 9, 10, and 11 students to discuss the Navy's vital role in Australia and the diverse career opportunities it offers. A panel of some of the Navy’s youngest recruits shared their experiences, answering students' insightful questions and providing a firsthand perspective on what it’s like to join in recent years.

They spoke about everything from their training journeys and longest deployments at sea to their various roles and experiences aboard submarines.

Adding to the excitement, our Navy visitors brought along Virtual Reality headsets, giving students an immersive glimpse into life on a submarine!
