Metro East Long Course Preparation Meet & Aggregate #5

Last weekend was a busy one for RSC! We kicked off February with 36 swimmers entered to race at the Metro East Long Course Preparation Meet at MSAC on Saturday, Feb 1st. It was a great day for RSC, with some stand out performances. Congratulations to the following swimmers on their top 3 results:

The racing on Saturday was followed up by the RSC Aggregate #5 on Sunday, Feb 2nd, which was a hot but enjoyable afternoon. Aggregates are a great way for all our junior squads and first time racers to gain experience at a meet but in a more relaxed atmosphere. Our Performance squad swimmers and leadership team managed the aggregate, mentoring and guiding our juniors. They are such an inspiration, and we love seeing all the swimmers interact. A special thanks to Miek, our timekeepers and committee members for sweating it out and volunteering their time for our younger swimmers. Great team effort!
