Kinder UOI - Expressing Emotions

This term Kinder students are focusing on expressing emotions in their Unit of Inquiry. Students will engage in a wide range of activities involving identifying and expressing emotions and learning about emotional regulation. They will begin the Zones of Regulation, which is one of our social-emotional programs that runs for Kinder to Year 6 at Southern Christian College. 

So far this term students have read books about a range of different emotions and created faces that express different emotions using emotion stones, playdough and drawing. They have also been learning different breathing and calming strategies to help us focus.

Primary Assembly Roster - Term 2 (Repeat)

Assemblies are held weekly on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:30pm (for a 2:35pm start). Parents are welcome to attend.
