Contacting the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) over the Christmas/New Year period:

The NDIA will be operating at reduced hours over the festive season. From 5pm Tuesday 24 December 2024 to Wednesday 1 January 2025, NDIS offices will be closed. They will be open for normal business on Thursday 2 January 2025. 

During the festive season, the National Contact Centre will continue operating between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm (local time) Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays. If you call your local office or the Agency during this time, the phone will either divert to the National Contact Centre (1800 800 110) or provide you with an alternative point of contact.  If you have any questions or think you might need support from your local office during this time, please check in with the local partner office between now and the festive season.
