A huge thank you to all families for your support with the Reverse Advent Calendar. Donations play a crucial role in supporting individuals and communities in need.

Your generosity provided twelve boxes and another three baskets of food to the Emergency Food Centre at a time of the year when many families are in need of some assistance.

Class Structures 2024

With the end of the year almost upon us, there is a huge amount of organisation happening behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition into the next school year. 

We have had an influx of enrolments across our school throughout the year and our Prep intake for next year is well above what we expected.

Our class structures for 2024 are: three Homegroups of Preps and three Homegroups of 1/2, 3/4 & 5/6.

Super Writers

As the end of the year is nearly upon us, I thought today, that I would share with you a small sample of the outstanding writing that our Prep students are producing. I'm sure you'll agree they are fantastic!

Fee Declaration Forms

There are still  2024 Fee Declaration Forms outstanding. Please return these to the Office ASAP. If your family holds a relevant Health Care Card please provide a copy of this with your form, or pop in for Jane or Anna to copy for you. If you haven't spotted a green note, check it's not hiding in the bottom of your child's bag.

The SMJ Family Favourites Cookbook has arrived just in time for Christmas.

This is our major fundraiser for the year.

Contact Details

We continue to find out-of-date addresses and phone numbers when trying to contact families. If your address, place of work or phone numbers have changed through the year, please either call in or email your updated details to office@smjhorsham.catholic.edu.au 

I understand that some of you may have updated your details on PAM. Unfortunately, these changes don't flow into the Administration system, therefore, we need you to notify us of any changes.

Without the correct details, we are unable to contact you should the need arise.

2024 Intentions

To assist with our ongoing planning for 2024, please contact the Office (5382 3000) if there are circumstances leading to your family not continuing with your enrolment.
