What a Success!

A Resounding Success

The 2023 ART FOR ALL has been a great success with consistently high attendance from the school and broader Fairfield community! 

Our Year 6 students put on a brilliant display for Gala Night through their MasterChef program and server duties, hundreds of kids attended ArtZone activities and workshops – with fantastic feedback. Many of the exhibiting artists commented on the professional presentation and welcoming feel of the event, which supported high sales. 

When we commenced planning for the 2023 event we sought to broaden the appeal, with a higher focus on community art initiatives. This has been a great achievement by all!

Feedback from artists was amazing and positive, and flowed in all weekend. 

 

So much gratitude was shown by the artists, from compliments and simple thank yous, to flowers from an artist who sold all her works, several happy tears from a few artists who sold one or all of their works, an artist who donated their whole sale price to the school to show their support for the event and the school’s arts program. 

 

Even those artists who didn’t sell anything were all smiles and thanks when they came to pick up their works on Sunday.
