Seasons Greetings and a Happy New Year
2023 passed quickly like a breeze. It was full of fun and activity for PFA and we enjoyed every minute of it. This year we bid farewell to five PFA committee members as their children graduated. We are looking forward to some new team members to join us in 2024 from the school community.
On behalf of the PFA, we would like to express our sincere thanks to the wonderful teachers at our school who have stood by our students through each and every stage of their journey and helped them achieve their best. A big thank you to the entire EDSC community for the support given to the teachers and students.
Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

Next Meeting
The PFA will hold its next monthly meeting in the new year. Please look out for the date in the first Newsletter of 2024. If any new members of the school community would like to join in, please email Aban at aban2309@yahoo.com and we will very happily add you on to the distribution list.
What an eventful year 2023 has been. From baked goods stalls to Sausage Sizzles to Music Concert canteens to Information Night refreshments and much more in between. The much familiar friendly faces of our wonderful PFA members and volunteers were always present to support the school community and offer goodies (either home-made or catered for).
All this and lots more behind the scenes was achieved by our ever willing team of members and volunteers who are always willing to part with their time. A very big Thank You to each and every one who has helped us throughout this year. Every contribution (big or small) is very sincerely appreciated by the wider PFA community and definitely by the College leadership team. So that we don’t miss thanking anyone we will not name everyone but all those who have helped, please accept our thanks.
However, we would like to sincerely thank in particular, five wonderful members of our team who leave us this year as their children graduate from the school. Jammy, Rae, Pearl, Patrick & Harveen. Words alone cannot express enough thanks for the way each and every one of you have helped and supported the PFA committee over the last 6 years and in some cases even more. These five members of the PFA committee were always helpful, energetic, enthusiastic, devoted and committed. They will be dearly missed.
Over the years, our members form long lasting friendships and provide support for school events and also to new families by sharing experiences from the past about various aspects of their student’s life at school.
We would also like to thank the entire office staff, Mr John Roberts and Mr Tim Bourke for their guidance and support throughout the year.
To celebrate the end of the school year, the PFA team enjoyed a dinner together.
