This week in Gardening Cooking Club we cooked cinnamon, apple twists. Students mixed dark brown sugar with cinnamon and butter and spread this evenly over puff pastry. They then grated apples over the pastry, sandwiched the pastry together and cut pastry into 2cm lengths.  They twisted the pastry into scrolls. Yum! Yum! Yum! was all I heard!!!
