Learning Community 2

Welcome back to Term 4! We can't believe how quickly the year has gone. 

We had a great end of Term 3 - everyone looked fabulous in their purple for 'Bully No Way' Day. Both classes finished reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and therefore watched both movies! We also made our own little chocolate bars to snack on during the movie, full of marshmallows, smarties and sprinkles. Thanks to Miss Stark for providing the supplies!

We are starting to revise previously learnt skills in Maths, starting with multiplication. 

We are working on a restaurant project - each week we will complete a new part of the project based on a new skill. 

In Reading we are looking into a range of texts in different styles. First up is Poetry! Students will read and respond to a variety of poems in creative ways. 

Finally in Writing we are working on persuasive writing. Everyone has chosen a new food to convince Tracey to put in the Canteen! Fingers crossed we can do it.
