Inter-School Skiing Competition

We are here to tell you about our experience at the ski competition three weeks ago, for interschool snow sports.

We competed against over one hundred schools, for the gates, the crossover and the moguls. Although we didn’t come first, we still had lots of fun.

We want to say a special thanks to all our parents and our supporters for coming and cheering us, especially to Ruby’s Dad James for organising everything.

District Basketball

Congratulations to the students selected to play in the school basketball team in a day of round robin matches at the Monash Heights District competition on Friday 6th September. The competition was held at Waverley Basketball Stadium in Chadstone.

I was one of the participants in the Girl’s District Basketball team last Friday (6th September). We all had a fantastic time playing basketball, meeting other schools and encouraging each other. I would like to congratulate everyone who was a part of this exciting opportunity, especially the girls’ team for winning all our games and making it to Division! On behalf of everyone, I would like to thank Ms Hocking and Miss Kemp for organising this enriching experience and all the parent volunteers who came to help score our matches and cheer us on.

Janice, Year 6

It was a fun and challenging game and everyone on the team did their best. Although we didn’t go onto division everyone still had a great experience. This was a great experience and a wonderful opportunity. It wouldn’t have happened without the assistance of Miss Kemp, Ms Hocking and all the parent helpers.
