Highlight

Hello Foundation Families,

This week in the Discovery Centre we drafted and published our very own narratives. Students planned their characters and settings and were super creative with the problems and solutions that their characters faced. We even had our buddies join us to create front covers using the iPads. Make sure to check out Seesaw to see the students reading their amazing stories!

In Maths, we looked at problem solving. We used different strategies such as 'draw a picture' to help us with various worded problems. 

Next week, we have our Junior Olympics. This begins at 9am, families are welcome to stay. Please ensure you check in at your child's classroom door using the QR code.

For showcasing a love of learning when completing all maths tasks this week. You showed perseverance as used problem solving skills to find multiple outcomes to our worded problems.
