Golden Koala Nomination

Employees are eligible to achieve the Golden Koala as an individual or as part of a team. A team is defined as two or more employees who coordinate their activities toward a common goal. Specific team examples include cross functional teams, intra-departmental teams and task force teams. All regular Toro employees are eligible to earn the Golden Koala.
Process:
- Requires 2 evaluators
- Supervisors and employees receive letters for nomination
- Evualation and Commitee review of nominations and evaluators vote
- Awards finalised and distributed at Owners Days along with citation
The deadline for submitting 2024 nominations is Friday, 28 June
