What a big fortnight at TPS!

What a wintry past fortnight we have had. The mornings are very cold and the temperature is not rising, as we saw during the start of the year. This is a really good reminder of making sure that all student uniforms are clearly marked with names so they can be returned if misplaced.

Kyabram Club Sponsorship

I was lucky enough to attend the 2025 Ky Club School Sponsorship evening on Tuesday night. The Ky Club handed out more that $20,000 in sponsorship money to all local schools and kindergartens in the local area.

Over the past, we have upgraded all of our sports uniforms and purchased new bins for the school recycling program.

This year, we are using the funds to purchase new permanent soccer goals for the school oval. Our students love playing soccer and will create a great space for all of our students to use.

2026 Enrolments

Thank you to those current families with 2026 Foundation students, who have already got their enrolments in to Karen in the office. We are predicting a large number of Foundation students for next year, therefore need to get these back ASAP to assist with accurate planning. If you, or some you know, needs to get their enrolments in for next year, please get these in.

This year we are conducting Prep Interviews on a Monday afternoon to best support our new enrolments. Once enrolments have been received, you will receive an acceptance letter and interview time.

'Do It For Dolly' Day

Bullying devastates lives, families and communities. That’s why, on June 20th, we are going BLUE to end bullying for Do It For Dolly Day. When you choose to go BLUE, you’re standing alongside thousands of Australians willing to spark conversations and spread the message that no one should face bullying alone. 

As a school, we are raising awareness and funds to support the Dolly's Dream foundation to provide anti-bullying programs.

Fete

The Fete committee are already in full swing, with planning underway for what will be a great event. If anyone would like to assist in the planning, please speak to Cherish Todd or the office.
