School Uniform & Lost Property

We understand that with the busyness of the school day, uniform mix-ups can happen.

Please take a moment to double check that all items in your child’s school bag belong to them and are clearly labelled. If your child has accidentally come home with an item belonging to another child, please return it to the front office as soon as possible. This small habit can make a big difference in helping lost items find their way back quickly.

Thank you for your support in keeping our school community respectful and responsible.

Autism and Neurodiversity - Parent Workshop

Join us at the school with Mark Le Messurier - teacher, counsellor, public speaker, author of 18 publications, and recipient of the prestigious Australia Day Council’s 2022 Senior South Australian of the Year award - for an enlightening parent workshop "The Beauty and Wonder of Neurodiversity" exploring what it means to support and celebrate Autistic children.

Learn how a neuro-affirming approach can deepen your understanding and help your child thrive as their authentic self.

Together We Can Appeal

As the colder months settle in, many people in our wider community are facing increased hardship. Winter can be an especially challenging time for those doing it tough, and that’s where our community (school, ELC and congregation) can come together to make a real difference.

This week Good Shepherd is supporting those in need through the Lutheran Care 'Together We Can' appeal. It is not too late to contribute!

We invite families to contribute by donating any of the following items:

Cereal

Tinned soup

Baked beans

Tinned spaghetti

2-minute noodles

Washing powder

Toothbrushes

Toothpaste

Soap

Or any long-life pantry item.

All donations must be sealed and in their original packaging. Students can bring items into their classroom each morning.

While officially we are running the appeal until tomorrow, we would still be grateful for donations that might come through into next week.

Let’s show the strength of our community spirit in serving others and help those in need.

ALWS Fundraiser

The Good Shepherd Student Leadership Team want your help!

In 2025, ALWS aims to support 75,000 vulnerable children, impacted by poverty and war, to access the essentials for a happy, healthy life – food, school and safety.

To do this, the Student Leadership Team have organised a casual Blue Clothes day for a gold coin donation to raise funds to help ALWS reach their goal.

When: Next Wednesday, Week 8

How: Casual “BLUE” clothes. Wear as much blue as you can

Bring: A gold coin donation

Every $25 raised can change the future for a vulnerable child.

Thank you for your support!
