Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.

Here are some short, timeless insights for simplifying your world—"hacks" for your life, careers, relationships, health, money, and more...
41. To get your body moving to start the day, try the 5-5-5-30 morning routine:
When you wake up, do 5 push-ups, 5 squats, 5 lunges, and a 30-second plank. You can do it while you are brewing coffee or right when you get out of bed. It will jumpstart your metabolism and give you a boost of energy to start the day.
42. To eat healthier, do all of your shopping on the outer perimeter of the grocery store.
The outer perimeter typically has all of the fresh produce, meats, fish, dairy, etc. The middle aisles have all of the processed stuff. If you're trying to eat clean, stay on the outside.
43. If you're trying to lose weight or tone up, do 25 jump ropes between each set of gym exercises.
It's an easy way to burn an extra ~ 100-200 calories daily and doesn't create the mental drag of boring cardio.
Tape Template
Take the guesswork out of hanging picture frames, shelves and other items with “keyhole” hangers.
To begin:
1. Stick a piece of masking tape over the keyholes, and then trace over the keyholes with a pencil, making a template.
2. Making sure it’s level, stick the template on the wall where you want the shelf.
3. Drill your anchor holes or screws into the template and remove it.
Get Wrinkles Out of Your Laundry with Zero Effort
Ditch the time-consuming iron or handheld steamer to remove wrinkles from a shirt or slacks.
Throw a few ice cubes or a wet washcloth in the dryer with your wrinkled clothes. As the ice melts and the water turns to steam, it will remove the wrinkles.
This trick isn’t as effective with heavier clothing but is a miracle for lighter fabrics. The best part is that you don’t have to set the dryer for longer than 10 minutes for it to work.
