Kia Ora - Greetings Friends
As I shared in our last newsletter, I was away for the last two weeks of term three. I was visiting schools and gathering and sharing great ideas. While away I missed out on Senior Camp and, from what I hear, some pretty shocking weather and storms. I was very sorry to miss camp but not sorry to miss the terrible weather.
Also, while away, I received the awesome news that both our JumpJam teams have qualified for the highest division at JumpJam Nationals - not surprising given our record, but extremely pleasing. Great kudos to coaches Jenna Ramadan, Rebekah King and our fabulous kids.
Again, I want to express my sincere gratitude to our wonderful parent community for your awesome support, kindness, and goodness over this past term.
I sincerely thank our amazing, awesome and outstanding staff team - they are the best. I am grateful to them every day for their passion, energy, kindness, skills, and imagination.
I wish you a safe and relaxing break from school, quality time with whānau, and a safe return for all in time for term four on Monday, October 14.
I am available via email at macash@mac.com and am happy to help however I can as always.
Please Note:
Because I have been away and because internet access was really very poor, this is a very brief newsletter. Thank you for your understanding.
As always - if you have questions or concerns about anything school-related - email me at macash@mac.com, and I will get back to you asap.
My very best regards to you all,
Ash Maindonald
Principal.
