Faith and Fun Celebration

On Thursday 26th September our students were treated to a fun and faith-filled celebration with John Burland and Cheryl Fernandez. The students thoroughly enjoyed this opportunity to bring to life in song, the teachings of Jesus Christ. It was wonderful to see the engagement of our students as they sang and moved to the songs of John Burland. This was an inspiring and exciting interactive experience which we’re sure will deepen the students’ love and understanding of their faith.

Religious Education Assessment

In the first week of Term 4 the students in Year 6 will spend part of the first two days engaging in Religious Education activities in preparation for the  Sydney Catholic Schools system wide Religious Education exam.

This will explore all key units taught from Kindergarten to Year 6, please keep these students in your prayers as they prepare for this assessment.

Sacraments

In Term 4 the students from Year Two will celebrate The Sacrament of Reconciliation on Thursday the 14th of November 2024. Please keep these students in your prayers as they prepare for this faith filled event.

Pope Francis Students

There are a number of students from Year 6 who have elected to participate in The Pope Francis Program. This program involves undertaking additional studies and actively serving the community. They will be hosting a Community Mass early in Term 4 at a Sunday Mass and all of the greater school community will be invited. More details to follow via compass.
