Year 10 RYDA Excursion

In week 4, Year 10 went on an excursion to the NSW Cricket Central to participate in the RYDA Road Safety excursion. Throughout the day, they engaged in workshops designed to equip them with the tools and understanding necessary to view themselves as active and responsible road citizens. These workshops covered both practical and theoretical aspects of road safety. The students had the opportunity to hear from individuals who have personally experienced the consequences of dangerous driving. Additionally, they witnessed firsthand how speed can significantly affect reaction time and stopping distance.
