In the garden, the fruit trees have been espaliered to save space and provide us more privacy from the neighbours. We have been busy harvesting beetroots, cauliflower and plenty of greens. We are also beginning to harvest potatoes that have self-seeded. In the kitchen students particularly enjoyed making and eating Cauliflower Pizza and Beetroot Chocolate Muffins.
