INTER-SCHOOL CHESS

On Tuesday 12th September, eight of our students participated in an inter-school chess tournament at Mordialloc College and for the second year in a row we came first! There were 150 students competing from over 10 schools. The results were:

Mazenod College
Brighton Grammar

Oliver Cordover received a trophy for being the second-best player of the day and Jennifer Morrison received a book for being the third-best female player.

We will have two teams playing in the State Final next term.
