Victorian Institute of Sport – OPEN DAY

Wednesday 20 September – 10am to 2pm

The VIS is opening the doors of the institute to the public. This free event will include free food & drinks, a plethora of ‘come & try’ sport activations, jumping castles, sports testing and heaps of giveaways from partners such as 2XU, Cancer Council & The Athletes Foot.

There’ll also be cooking classes, nutrition workshops and athlete meet & greet appearances from the Melbourne Vixens, past Olympians, and Paris 2024 hopefuls.

 If you’re looking for a free school holiday activity that’ll keep you entertained, then the Open Day is not to be missed. And for adults there’s plenty of activities on hand to showcase what sport is all about.
