Invest in Yourself: Exploring Money and Self-Employment

Students from Years 9/10 Commerce and 11 Business Studies were recently given the opportunity to attend a program titled 'Invest in Yourself: Exploring Money and Self Employment' provided by the Sydney School of Entrepreneurship. Sessions throughout the day focused on personal financial literacy, covering topics on taxation, credit, superannuation, and types of income, as well as entrepreneurship education. 

Students had a great day culminating in some fantastic presentations pitching their own business ideas to the group. Thanks particularly to Mr Cowan for his organisation of this valuable learning opportunity for our students.
