Year 12 Staff Student Cook Off

Last week, we had our annual Unit 3 & 4 Food Studies staff versus student cook off. Our two competitors and Ms Molina were shown the ingredients Friday morning and at lunch, it was show time. They had 45 minutes to prepare a meal using the ingredients in the Mystery Box.

Kiara Bagnato made a deconstructed souvlaki and Joanna Lagadinou made a pastry cream with strawberries and Ms Molina made a deconstructed cheesecake with caramelised apples. 

Judges Mr Sinclair and Lilli Hoodless (Class of 2022) quizzed the competitors and tasted the delights. But there could only be one winner. Ms Molina has reclaimed her title!
