Kat Digala

Hello there, I’m Kat the Welfare Team Leader at PRC. I’m excited to share a little bit about myself. I previously worked at Diamond Valley Learning Centre as a wellbeing support, I have been fortunate enough to be part of the creation of PRC and now had the opportunity to join the Leadership Team as Welfare Team Leader.

My journey in the Youth Sector began 7 years ago in Residential Care, working closely with vulnerable, disadvantaged child protection clients. I have had a strong passion in Attachment and Trauma and understanding behaviours of young adolescents.

I have completed a Bachelor of Youth Work and Youth Studies; my experience and training has allowed me to work from a therapeutic lens and person-centered approach that there is always hope and the possibility for each young person to build a positive future.

While working in the education space I am committed to addressing the diverse needs of all our students by providing social and emotional support. Ensuring that every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

When I'm not immersed in the world of youth development, I enjoy sports, hanging out with my friends and exercising. These pursuits remind me of the importance of maintaining a healthy balance and nurturing my own well-being.

Bron Lodge

Hi, my name is Bron, and I am a Holistic Counsellor with a bachelor's degree in counselling as well as other Diplomas and Certificates in different modalities. I attend Plenty River College once a week to offer extra support to the students and staff as needed.  The rest of my week I work in my own Private Practice "Lodge Counselling" out

in Sunbury, Vic.

I am very passionate about assisting others to see just how amazing they are and to embrace their uniqueness. I work a lot with energy in my approach to wellbeing and like to teach others how to maintain their own energy systems to help them feel more grounded and clearer. Every week I run Sound Healing/Meditation for the students and staff who are interested to assist with them with this.

I really enjoy working here at Plenty River College as they are very passionate about their student's and staff's mental health and wellbeing, which allows me the flexibility in how I offer the support needed.
