Principal News - Term 4 Week 10

Hi everyone.

Last night was a wonderful community event celebrating the end of year. All students in their class level or buddy group were able to perform on the stage. Parents started arriving with picnic rugs and chairs after 5.30 pm and we commenced with our Prep level at 6.00 pm. Eltham and Montmorency Rotary had brought their trailers and BBQ setup to offer cooked sausages in bread and drinks. We were fortunate to have Santa visit and talk to the children. The evening ended around 7.15 pm. The weather was brilliant, the children had a ball and families mingled and had a great time. Thank you to to Alex and Chrissy for teaching the songs and organising the program.

Tomorrow we have our special awards ceremony for assembly. Students will receive awards for their efforts in class and specialist programs.

Next Monday is our Year 6 Graduation night at Eltham High. Yes it’s a busy time of the year!

Chloe, you have impressed us so much with your focus and you have continued to give your very best effort during reading and writing tasks. We are proud of how hard you have worked! For showing all of the ENPS CARE values. Daniel has shown terrific skills with consideration for others, respect and turn taking when working in group learning games.
