Outside School Hours Care

The launch of our new Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, delivered in partnership with TheirCare, has got off to a fantastic start. Students who have attended so far have enjoyed exploring the dedicated OSHC space and engaging in a range of fun, play-based activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and teamwork.

The program is led by TheirCare educator Madison, and proudly supported by two of our own Education Support staff, Leica McLeod and Colleen Rouse. Their involvement brings an added layer of familiarity and comfort for the children participating, while ensuring a smooth connection between school and care.

TheirCare’s approach encourages children to develop key life skills such as leadership and personal growth, all in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Families interested in enrolling their child can do so via: https://theircare.fullybookedccms.com.au/family/register

Alternatively, we welcome you to drop by the OSHC room after school to meet the team and get a feel for the program in action.

Community Afternoon Tea With a Spooky Twist

On 17 October, the children who attended TheirCare shared a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a fresh fruit platter and selection of assorted wraps, which the children enjoyed.

Our activities followed a fun Halloween theme, sparking plenty of excitement and creativity. The children made spooky and colourful Halloween crafts and explored their imagination with Halloween themed play-dough, creating everything from pumpkins to ghosts. Indoors we had lots of laughter and teamwork while playing Jenga, and using the trucks to build and play together.

Overall, it was a wonderful afternoon, that was filled with smiles and creativity, and true sense of belonging at TheirCare!
