Junior School 2025 Principal Award
A Principal Award is an award of great significance as it recognises the achievements of three students who have truly made the most of the educational opportunities available to them throughout the year. Year 8 Pat Cronin Foundation Guest Speaker
A guest speaker from the Pat Cronin Foundation recently visited our Year 8 students to deliver an empowering presentation. The presentation was about social violence and how one punch to the head can end someone’s life. The foundation challenged our students around violence prevention and being the bigger person by removing yourself from situations that may be dangerous.
By sharing Pat's story and equipping our students with valuable strategies, the foundation inspired them to become proactive agents of change in creating safer and more compassionate communities. We are grateful for the foundation's impactful contribution to our students' personal development and look forward to continuing our partnership.
Hanzi Writing Competition✍️
Our Year 7-9 students put their pen skills to the test in the Chinese Hanzi Writing Competition, held during Term 4! The competition challenged students to demonstrate their mastery of Hanzi (Chinese characters) by accurately reproducing passages relevant to their current term topics. This task requires careful attention to detail, precision, correct stroke order, and legible character formation.
